We customized a Corvette pinion gear for a customer, making it into a gear/spline combination that did not exist off the shelf. Using our ability to measure the spline, draw it on CAD, cut a tapered insert on our Wire EDm machine and have it Micro TIG welded in place, we solved the customer's problem. This is typical of the unique problems we like to solve for our customers.
